Was a judgment recently entered against you?

Can you make it if your bank account is frozen or your wages reduced by 25%?  If a judgment was recently entered against you, this means a creditor can freeze your bank account OR take 25% of your take home pay.  If your bank account is frozen, you will not have access to any money that goes into the bank for 3 to 6 months, with a few limited exceptions that require a court hearing to get the account released.

Don’t find yourself penniless.  If you want to stop this creditor in their tracks and find out how a bankruptcy can prevent this creditor from taking your hard earned money, call me today at (757) 320-2010.
