What percentage of cases filed by someone without an experienced bankruptcy attorney do you think are confirmed, and what % receive a discharge?

Response from Michael Cotter, Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District of Virginia:

"I estimate that approximately 4 or 5% of cases filed by someone without an experienced bankruptcy attorney are ultimately confirmed by the Court. And I estimate that, in approximately 25% of those pro se cases wherein the Plans are confirmed, the Debtor(s) ultimately receives a discharge."
