Chapter 7 Bankruptcy allows one (1) Discharge every 8 years. You may not receive a Discharge in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy if you received a Discharge in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy within the last four (4) years or a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filed within the last two (2) years.
